Industry-leading Artificial Grass
A GUIDE OF INSTALLATION PROCESS
1. Site Clearance
Site clearance will be the first thing you will be doing before proceeding to the next step. Clear all the debris from the site and especially the stones and leftover from the construction of the building to ensure even ground for the grass laying. this is the important that you need to pay more attention to it. Should you plan to install PremierGrass onto an existing ground with existing grass, do remove the grass, soil and gravel etc.
2. Promote Good Drainage
After site clearance, you will then focus on in ground drainage system in which you will need to make sure right drainage is below the leveled ground to promote good drainage system below the PremierGrass. After drainage system is taken care of, the next step will be leveling the ground.
3. Leveling The Ground
Site leveling is done after drainage system is taken care of. Level the ground with soil, sand to the intended level.
4. Ground Compacting
Use right tool to compact the ground and ensure leveling is perfectly done. Sprinkle some water over the top layer to ensure proper compaction is performed. This process should be practised until right compaction results obtained.
5. PremierGrass Installation
PremierGrass comes in a standard 2m wide rolls. Due to the natural direction of the grass when is is rolled up, the turf must all be laid in the same direction.
6. Cutting the Grass & Lay It On
Fitting the grass to the area of installation will be the last step of installation. Normal practise is to mark the shape of the grass at the backing material of the PremierGrass and cut it using a sharp pen knife. After cutting to the intended shape, lay it on and your job will be finished.
